How to make a mythril pickaxe in Terraria
To make a Mythril Pickaxe, ya gotta hit the underground and mine some Mythril Ore first. Then, head to a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil. You'll need 15 Mythril Bars - smelt those ores at a furnace! Once you've got your bars and you're at the anvil, you can craft your shiny new Mythril Pickaxe and start tearing through tougher blocks.

Just mine Mythril Ore and smelt 15 bars at a furnace. Make sure you've got a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil to craft it. Easy peasy.
Honestly, it's not even worth it. Go straight for the Adamantite or Titanium pickaxe if you can. Much better use of your time.
