To add a new Sim, click the green 'Sim Tracker' button at the bottom right, then tap the plus sign next to an empty house slot. Easy peasy!

Tap the 'Sim Tracker', find an empty lot or apartment, then hit the green plus sign to create your Sim. Done and done!
