Super easy! Just craft a Bed then place it in a fully enclosed room (walls, door, light source, and a comfort item like a chair or table). Right-click the bed, and voila! You've set your new spawn point. Just make sure the room meets the game's requirements for a house, or it won't work.
Don't forget, you need to have defeated the Wall of Flesh in the world for beds to work in the Underworld. Learned that the hard way lol.
