Print a scouter template, cut out the pieces, and use tape or glue to assemble. For the lens, any red transparent material works. It鈥檚 easy and fun!
Grab some red cellophane, cardboard or thick paper, a template from the internet, and some glue. Cut out the scouter shape from the cardboard, add the cellophane for the lens, and glue the pieces together. Done and done!
Honestly, it's way easier to just buy one off eBay. Less mess, more time to watch Goku save the world!
