Yo ho ho! To get yourself a Pirate Map in Terraria, you gotta be in the Ocean biome during Hardmode. Then, unleash your inner pirate by defeating enemies in this area. There's about a 1% chance they'll drop a Pirate Map upon their watery demise. So, keep slashing and hope for pirate treasure!
