If you have multiple accounts, make sure you're logged into the one you want to set as primary. Then go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4/PS5 and select Activate. Simple!

First, log into your PS4/PS5 with the account you want as primary. Then head to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4/PS5 and select Activate. That鈥檚 it! Your account is now primary.
