I did this last week! Go to Settings, tap Privacy, then toggle 'Private Account' on. Boom, you're private!
Super simple! Go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, then go to Settings > Privacy > Account Privacy, and toggle 'Private Account' on.
Switching to private is a breeze. Settings > Privacy > Account Privacy > toggle 'Private Account.' Done!
