Making a radio station in Fallout 4 is kind of a trick question because you can't really create your own broadcasting station. However, you can place radio towers and speakers throughout your settlements to play existing in-game radio stations for that immersive post-apocalyptic tunes vibe. Just head into your settlement's building mode, find the radio equipment under the power or miscellaneous section, and start setting up your network!

You can't exactly create a 'new' radio station, but you can amplify the reach of existing ones with relay towers and set up speakers in your settlements. So, essentially, you become the DJ by choosing which station plays across your wasteland empire. Not exactly Pirate Radio, but as close as you get in the Commonwealth.
You're outta luck if you wanna be the next Three Dog. Fallout 4 doesn't let you create custom radio stations. Best you can do is spread the joy of Diamond City Radio or Classical Radio with strategic speaker placement in your settlements.
