Making shirts for free isn’t an option in Roblox. You can make them for your personal use without a fee though!

Sorry, but you can’t set a shirt to cost zero robux. The lowest you can go is 2 robux for shirts and t-shirts!

From my experience, the lowest price for a shirt you can set is 2 robux. It’s a bummer, I know.
