Hey, making a sign in Roblox Studio is simple! Create a part, resize it to your desired sign shape, then add a SurfaceGui on it. Insert a TextLabel or TextBox in the SurfaceGui to display your message. Customize the text and you're good to go!

You can use a Decal for a more graphic sign. Create a part, add a Decal, and upload your image. Easy peasy!
