To get a Sim pregnant in Sims FreePlay, you need to build the 'Children's Store' and then select 'Add a Baby' from the crib. It's a little different from other Sims games, but it'll get you there!

You can't actually make sims pregnant in Sims FreePlay. You just buy a crib and 'add a baby'! No stork needed.
