You don't actually 'make' a Solidifier in Terraria; you get it as a drop! After defeating the Slime King, a boss character, he drops the Solidifier. Use it to craft items like Slime Blocks and Pink Gel. Happy crafting and watch out for those slimes!

Actually, you can't craft a Solidifier, you've gotta earn it by defeating King Slime. Boss fights = rewards!
