I made one using an old sock and some felt! Just cut the sock into the right shape, sew it up, and add his details with felt and markers. Looks awesome and super cheap.

Grab some white and blue felt, some stuffing, and a lot of patience! Start with the basic shape of Sans’ head and body, then add his iconic blue hoodie. You can use black buttons for his eyes and embroider his grin. Or check out some video tutorials online for step-by-step guides!
