Easy peasy! First, go into Build Mode, select 'Build', then 'Floors', and place a floor where you want your second story. After that, use stairs to connect the two levels. Voil脿, upstairs achieved!
Honestly, if you have to ask, maybe Bloxburg isn't for you. Just kidding鈥攊t's super simple with floors and stairs in the Build menu.
