To create an Xbox 360 profile on Xbox One, press the Menu button, go to Settings, and then select Add New. Follow the prompts to sign in or create a new profile. Easy peasy!

Just hit the Xbox button, go to Profile & System, and click on Add or Switch. You'll find the option to add an Xbox 360 profile there. Piece of cake!

Honestly, just use your existing Xbox Live account. You can access your old Xbox 360 profile that way. Trust me, it works like a charm.
