Just mine 30 Adamantite Ore and grab a Hellforge from the Underworld. Combine them at a Mythril/Orichalcum Anvil. Easy peasy.

To craft an Adamantite Forge in Terraria, you gotta get yourself 30 Adamantite Ore and a regular Hellforge. You can find Hellforges down in the Underworld or snag one from a friend's game. Once you have these, stand near a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil and combine them to create your very own Adamantite Forge. Then, you can smelt all sorts of high-level ores into bars!

Honestly, I think the Titanium Forge is a better bet than messing with the Adamantite Forge. It does the same job but feels cooler, IMO.
