To stack alien containment units, just place one on top of another inside a multi-purpose room. You'll need to build extra floors and ladders to access the different levels, but it's totally worth it for housing all those cute fish!

It's simple! Just keep adding Alien Containment units on top of each other inside multi-purpose rooms. Just remember to add ladders so you can move between them!
