To make all boss summoning items in Terraria, you'll have to do a bit of everything - mining, fighting, and crafting. For starters, the Suspicious Looking Eye to summon the Eye of Cthulhu requires lenses from Demon or Crimson Eyes, combined at a Demon/Crimson Altar. The Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu can be summoned with Worm Food or a Bloody Spine, crafted from rotten chunks or vertebrae plus vile powder or vicious powder, again at the respective altars. Moving on, the Queen Bee is summoned using the Abeemination, which you make from honey block, stinger, hive, and bottle of honey at a Demon/Crimson Altar. For Skeletron, you just talk to the Old Man at the Dungeon's entrance at night. The Slime King summons with a Slime Crown, crafted from gel and a gold or platinum crown. In hardmode, things like the Mechanical Worm, Mechanical Skull, and Mechanical Eye are made from souls and bars of their respective types (might, fright, sight) plus iron or lead bars. Then there's the Celestial Sigil for the Moon Lord, a late-game item requiring fragments from the Lunar Events. This barely scratches the surface, but always check the Guide NPC for recipes and tips!
Bruh, just fish for Reaver Sharks and pray for boss summoning items as loot. Who has the time for crafting?
