Try using structural items and resizing them to form an arch. It's tricky but worth the effort for that perfect arch!
Arched signs? Totally overrated. Just go with a regular sign, much easier.
I've found using two semi-circles and merging them works like a charm. Just be patient with the alignment.
I made an arched sign using the basic shapes, and by tweaking them a bit, I managed to create a nice arch. It took some practice, but it looks awesome.
