You can make a spawn point invisible by setting the SpawnLocation's Transparency to 1 and turning off CanCollide. Works like a charm!

Easy-peasy! In Roblox Studio, just insert a SpawnLocation object, then set its Transparency property to 1 and disable CanCollide. Voila, invisible spawn point!
