You can't really make one in real life, but in Splatoon, just save up some Cash and head to the weapon shop to buy it. Simple as that!

You mean DIY at home? Grab a regular paintbrush, add some Squid Kid flair, and voil脿鈥擮ctobrush! Not quite the same, but hey, worth a shot!
