Hot take: Don’t waste your time. There are plenty of free soundboards online that have Undertale voices ready to go.
I used the Sfxr tool to create retro sounds and then mixed them with my own voice recordings. Worked like a charm!
Just take a short clip of your voice and loop it. That way, you can adjust the speed to match any character's speech pattern!
