Easy-peasy! Go into build mode, tap the room icon, and draw where you want your new room to be. Don't forget to add doors!
In build mode, select the room tool, then drag your finger on the grid to create the size and shape you want. Costs Simoleons, though!
Click on the construct building option and design away. My Sims are living in a palace now; it鈥檚 totally worth it!
