You don't. Use existing audio.
First, prepare your audio file in .mp3 or .ogg format. Go to the 'Create' section, click 'Audio', and select 'Upload'. Easy peasy!

From my experience, you just need to have your audio file ready in .mp3 or .ogg format. Navigate to the 'Create' tab, hit 'Audio', and then just hit that 'Upload' button.
