To make a balcony in Sims FreePlay, you need to use the room-building tool. Create a room on the level above where you want your balcony, then delete the floor tiles inside that room to create the balcony space. Fancy, huh?

Here's what you do: build a room on the second floor and then remove the tiles inside to make it a balcony. Easy peasy.

Build a second floor, then just delete the floor tiles where you want your balcony to be. Voila, balcony!
