Just do the quest, mate. 'Nabbed from Nuka-World' = Bottle & Cappy. Easy.
Honestly, having Bottle and Cappy swing by your vault is the best. After I wrapped up the 'Nabbed from Nuka-World' quest, they started popping in. It's always a good time with them around, plus the extra caps don't hurt. Make sure your vault's door is always open for these two!
