Creating Cell in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2? Easy peasy! Just grab a Namekian or Frieza Race CaC, pick out the right green colors, and work on those intimidating features. Mix in some powerful bio-android skills like 'Perfect Kamehameha,' and voila, Cell is born!

Get a tall Frieza Race character, make him green, give him a sinister face, and you have a Cell clone!

I'd recommend the Namekian race for a better match; they already have the right skin tone and build. Then just customize the facial features.

To make Cell, you can use the Frieza Race custom character. Just tweak the appearance: green skin, bug-like features, and sharp claws. Don鈥檛 forget to load up Cell-styled moves like 'Perfect Shot'!
