Easy peasy! Just gather some turtle shells, place them outside to collect rainwater, and voila! Fresh, clean water for you!
Personally, I found setting up multiple water collectors with turtle shells ensured I never ran out of clean water! Every time it rained, I was set for days.
Just drink directly from streams, saves time. Though you might risk getting ill, so maybe don't make it a habit.
