Making concrete walls in Fallout 4 is pretty straightforward! First, you need to gather or buy some concrete. You can find concrete at various locations in the game, like construction sites or in bags lying around. Once you've got enough, head to your workshop. In the building menu, navigate to the 'Structures' tab, then select 'Concrete'. Here, you'll see the option for concrete walls. Just select it, and then you can place your walls wherever you want in your settlement.

Easiest way? Hit up a workshop, go to Structures > Concrete, then slam those walls down. Make sure you've got enough concrete first, though. You can loot it from ruins or buy from traders.

Just buy the game and play it? Concrete walls are basic stuff, mate. Gather concrete, go to your workshop, and build. If you're asking, maybe start with the basics first.
