How to Make Controller Vibrate on PS4
Go to Settings > Devices > Controllers, then make sure 'Enable Vibration' is checked. Your PS4 controller should start vibrating as intended!

If you're in a game, go to the game settings and look for vibration options. Some games let you control the intensity or turn it off entirely.
Honestly, just check the settings on your PS4 or within the game. Vibration should be there unless the game doesn't support it.
From my experience, if your controller isn't vibrating, it might be worth resetting it. Use a small pin to press the button on the back near the L2 trigger.
