To make a cure in State of Decay 2, you'll need to collect Plague Samples from killing blood plague zombies. Once you have enough samples, head to your Infirmary and use the Craft Medical Items option to produce a cure. Make sure your Infirmary is upgraded and fully staffed for the best results!
