Give Baby an extreme makeover – cooler design, more intimidating presence. And maybe don't make Goku a kid again? That was a weird flex.
I think what would really improve DBGT is diving deeper into the lore. More backstory for characters, especially the villains, would make it a lot richer.
Maybe just pretend GT never happened and stick to Dragon Ball Super.
From personal experience, focusing on the characters' growth and giving Pan and Trunks more serious roles would've made GT way more engaging.
