Just combine blocks and use the 'Fine Detail' feature. Ears will look realistic that way.

Why would you need an ear in Infinity Craft? Just go build a giant castle instead!

I built one by creating a curved structure with various blocks and then tweaking it with detail tools. Took some trial and error though!
