Just unpublish it in the settings! No one will see it until you republish.
I've done this before! Go to 'Settings,' then find 'Page Visibility' under 'General' and click 'Edit' to unpublish. It's super easy!
In your Page settings, go to 'General,' then 'Country Restrictions' and 'Age Restrictions.' Adjust those to limit who can view your page.
