From personal experience, all you need to do is navigate to your Page's Settings, find the General tab, and select 'Page published' under Page Visibility. Your page should be public now.
Easy peasy! Go to your page, click 'Settings', then 'Page Visibility', and make sure 'Page published' is selected. Done and dusted!
Just head to your Page Settings and put it on 'Page published'.
