Had the same issue, fixed it by cleaning my PC inside out. Dust can throttle your performance more than you think. Also capped my FPS to match my monitor's refresh rate in the Valorant settings. Smooth gaming ever since!
Honestly, just buy a better PC lol. If you're serious about gaming, that's the way to go.
I literally just toggled off VSync in the game's settings and saw a decent FPS jump. Not everyone's cup of tea, but worth a shot if you're after those extra frames!
