To make a gym yours, you gotta find an existing one and battle the defenders till you're the top dog!
Sorry, folks, creating gyms isn't a thing in Pokemon GO. But taking over one is the next best thing!
From my experience, the best way to make a gym yours is to team up with friends and take down the strongest Pokémon defending it!
