You can't actually make hair directly in Roblox Studio, but you can buy or get them from the Roblox catalog! Just browse, find a cool hairstyle, and add it to your avatar. Easy peasy!

tbh, just buy it from the catalog. Way easier and faster.

You'll have to use Blender to create custom hair models, then import them into Roblox if you have a Roblox UGC (User-Generated Content) account. Otherwise, stick to the catalog.
