How to Make a Hallowed Biome in Terraria
Creating a Hallowed biome in Terraria is pretty straightforward but requires some elbow grease. First off, you'll need to get your hands on some Hallowed Seeds, which you can purchase from the Dryad after defeating the Wall of Flesh and initiating Hardmode. You can also use Holy Water to spread the Hallow, which you can craft using Hallowed Seeds, Bottled Water, and Pixie Dust. Just sprinkle those seeds or splash that Holy Water on some regular dirt blocks, and boom, you've got yourself a starting point for a Hallowed biome. Keep in mind that the Hallow will spread over time to nearby suitable blocks, so you can expand your biome naturally or keep spreading those seeds and Holy Water to speed up the process.

Just throw Holy Water everywhere, it's faster. Plus, you get to feel like a benevolent deity dispensing sacredness.
I tried spreading Hallow with just the seeds, and let me tell you, it takes forever. Do yourself a favor and stock up on Holy Water. You won't regret it.
