Just farm some unicorns and pixies, easy. You need 1 Wooden Arrow, 1 Pixie Dust, and 1 Unicorn Horn for every 200 Holy Arrows. Craft 'em at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil. Best way to deal some serious damage!
