Adding Bulkheads also helps; they boost hull integrity. Build them with 2 Titanium, 1 Silicone Rubber, and 1 Lubricant.

First-hand tip: I always spam Foundation pieces on the seabed around my base. They're cheap (2 Lead, 2 Titanium) and add a +2 bonus to hull integrity each.

To make your hull stronger in Subnautica, use Reinforcements! Just craft them with 1 Lithium and 3 Titanium in the Habitat Builder and place them inside your base.
