To make hunger in Infinity Craft, you'll need to adjust the game settings to enable hunger. Go to the settings menu, find the 'Game Mechanics' tab, and toggle the hunger setting on.
From personal experience, I can tell you that hunger isn't an in-game feature in Infinity Craft. Just enjoy the endless building and creating!
