To get an image ID for Bloxburg, you need to upload your image to Roblox first. Go to the Roblox website, click 'Create' at the top, then 'Decals.' Upload your image, and once it's approved, use the number in the URL as your image ID in Bloxburg!
I've done this plenty of times. Just head over to Roblox's 'Create' page, upload your image as a decal, and grab the URL number once it's approved. Pop that into Bloxburg, and you're golden!
