Just mine iron ore and smelt it into bars at a furnace. Then, use an anvil to craft the tools. Easy!

To make iron tools in Terraria, you first gotta mine some Iron Ore, which you can find underground. Look for brownish patches in stone areas. Once you've got enough, head back up to the surface and smelt the ore into Iron Bars at a Furnace. You'll need one Iron Bar for each tool, plus some wood. Finally, take those bars to an Anvil, and you're set to craft your iron tools – pickaxe, axe, and hammer are the basics you’ll wanna start with!

Honestly, why bother with iron when you can go straight for gold or platinum tools? Much better investment of your time.

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
