You gotta lay down a good grid pattern first, kinda like real Vegas. Then, build big blocky casinos with plenty of lights. Use redstone and glowstone to mimic all the dazzling lights. Also, sprinkle some luxury homes and maybe a tiny Eiffel Tower.
Why not just build a couple of tall buildings, add lots of lights, and call it a day? Who's really counting?
Been there, done that! Start with a flat desert area and use sandstone for the main structures. Throw in some ocean monuments for casinos and sea lanterns for endless lights. I even used redstone lamps for the famous Vegas strip. Trust me, it looked epic!
