You literally just need Meteorite Bars and an Anvil. Bars give you 70 bullets each. Easy peasy.

Making meteorite bullets in Terraria is super simple, but you gotta get your hands on some Meteorite Bars first. Once you've mined some Meteorite ore and smelted it into bars, just head over to an Anvil. For every Meteorite Bar you use, you'll get 70 bullets. So, stock up on those bars, and you'll never run out of ammo!

Don't bother, Meteorite Bullets aren't worth it. Just go for Crystal Bullets, way better.
