Making Mushroom Armor in Terraria is pretty straightforward but needs some dedication. First off, you gotta head to the Underground Mushroom biome. Make sure you've got an empty inventory space because you're going on a Glowing Mushroom hunt. You'll need a whopping 45 of these glowing beauties to craft the full set. Once you've foraged enough, find yourself an Iron/Lead Anvil, and you're all set to craft each piece. The helmet, chestplate, and greaves all require 15 Glowing Mushrooms each. Happy crafting and watch out for those Truffle Worms!

Just gather 45 Glowing Mushrooms and hit an Iron Anvil. Easy peasy.

Honestly, Mushroom Armor ain't even worth it. There are way better options out there if you're looking to max your character. Focus on getting something with better defense or bonuses.
