Just go to Settings, then Users and Accounts. Under Other, find Console Sharing and Offline Play. Select 'Enable,' and you're the primary account!

Easy peasy! Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play, then select 'Enable.' Boom, you're the primary account now!
