If you wanna make your Snapchat public, head to Settings, then scroll to 'Who Can…', and choose 'Everyone' for options like 'View My Story' and 'Contact Me.' Simple as that!
Settings -> 'Who Can…' -> 'View My Story' and 'Contact Me' to 'Everyone.' There, you're officially public.
Click the Bitmoji or ghost icon on the top left, then the gear icon, and change 'View My Story' to 'Everyone.' Boom, you're public now.
