Had the same issue and I fixed it by setting Valorant and the Riot Client to high priority in Task Manager. Go to the Details tab, right-click Valorant and the client, then set priority to high. It's not a miracle fix but it definitely gave my update speed a boost.

Wanna speed up that Valorant update? First up, try pausing and restarting the download. Sometimes it just needs a lil' nudge. If that doesn't kickstart it, check your internet connection. A wired connection often does the trick for stability and speed. Lastly, close any other bandwidth-heavy apps. You don't want Netflix hogging all the speed when you're itching to jump back into the game!

Don't bother, just wait. Servers are probably overloaded. Happens every big update.

If you're a Valorant player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Valorant gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
